We have a new tablet prepared for this month – Toshiba LT170 which features a 7-inch capacitive TruBrite display with 1024 X 600 pixels of resolution, as well as a 2 megapixel rear-facing camera with Auto focus and Geo-tagging or an additional front-facing 0.3 megapixel VGA camera.
The 1GHz Freescale i.MX53 single-core processor is balanced by 512MB of DDR3 RAM, but we must remain honest and tell you that it runs on an unknown version of Android OS. But it isn’t so important as long as the company informed us that it is upgradeable to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS version. As for those 8GB of memory storage, this number can be easily changed because Toshiba LT170 offers support up to 32GB via microSD cards.
Are you worried about its connectivity elements? You shouldn’t be: Toshiba LT170 includes all the basic features: WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.1, micro USB 2.0, 3.5mm audio jack, or even docking port. So its price of $400 is a fair one.
